October Special

Hi all!

We have a pretty exciting special on this month!

During October, purchase this pair of coordinating Christmas products early–before the debut of the 2011 Summer Mini Catalogue:

  • Stitched Stocking Set
  • Stocking Tag Punch

It gets even better. Get them both for FREE when you host a $450 workshop!

Order over $450 worth of products, either personally or between friends, and recieve this!

The wood mount set is valued at $53.95 and you can choose this or the clear mount set valued at $42.95, and you also get, as the description says, the punch valued at $33.95. That’s roughly $88 in extra value free, plus you’ll be getting it exclusively before it hits the catalogue.

You can of course pre-order them too, before they hit the mini catalogue, if you are a hostess. There is no minimum spend for this.

BUT – what if you’ve decided you want them for free? I’ve already said I can’t really schedule many workshops in October. I do have 28th/29th/30th of October available, but all orders will need to be paid by credit card or cash on the day in order to secure the October special. Your other option is to order the amount all yourself ($450 would get you the BIG SHOT! if you want it, and more accessories for it! plus stamps, inks…) or ‘host’ a catalogue party. This is less effort for you – you don’t need to have people over, just send them an email with the catalogue link and have them all email you their orders, then forward them onto me. When you have over $450 orders, you’ll qualify!

Please note:

  • Limit of one stamp set and one punch for every qualifying workshop. Workshops over the qualifying amount will not receive multiple sets or punches.
  • Hostess may choose either the wood-mount or clear-mount set. Clear blocks are not included in the clear-mount set.

Please let me know if you are interested.

Finally!

Finally I am signed up! I umm-ed and ahh-ed but the new Demo offer was just too good to refuse. The main reason I umm-ed and ahh-ed was due to my thesis being due AND ALSO confirming that I am headed to the U.S in November! I have never been overseas before. In fact, the only time I had been interstate (or on a plane!) was this July just gone, with a short trip to Queensland. I’m also expecting to take a lot of extra work on next year, but I *NEED* creative time and I am SO looking forward to this opportunity of sharing my love for all things paper, It was just something I had to do.

SO I ordered my starter kit. Oh Em Gee. Let me just say, Stampin’ Up! Is SO SO Gorgeous! I am going to share with you the sets I am recieving in my starter kit. You *SO* need to see the gorgeous stuff on it’s way to me. As well as inks, gorgeous cardstock and wonderful accessories… I have these stamps on their way: Just Believe / I Dig You / Occasions Alphabet / Something for Christmas / Nature Walk / Soft Holly (Wheel).

I am SO excited to get working with these. I also have in my own collection: Baroque Border (Wheel) / Butterfly prints / Heard from the Heart / Cupcakes (wheel).

I haven’t got a very big collection yet, but it will grow! I look forward to having some disposable income through Stampin’ Up! To spend back on Stampin’ Up! :)

I’m also going to have to add a LOT more INK to my collection!

So – What next?

I will start demonstrations from the weekend following my thesis being due! – I have spots available Friday evenings, and Saturday and Sunday day and evenings. At this stage, I will only be booking those times from Friday 28th of October to 13th of November.

Do you want to place an order without holding a party? The cool thing is if you yourself order in excess of $300, or you have a couple of friends who you can recruit to order, you can earn yourself hostess rewards even without holding a party.

You can earn anywhere from $50 upwards to $200 and beyond, depending on your workshop or order total (minimum amount $300). If your orders total over $600 (personal, collected from friends or workshop) you’ll also earn the reward of purchasing any item at 50% off. You could even order up to 4 items at 50% off if your sales are high enough! How cool! That means you could even buy the Sizzix big shot (I’m busting to get that!) for half price.

Check out the Stampin’ Up! Idea book and catalogue (it’s shiney and new and beautiful!) HERE – Will open in a new window! You will soon find out why it literally took me hours or even days to decide what stamps I wanted to add to my kit!

So you looked right? And you want to place an order? Email me anytime: krb87@optusnet.com.au. You can pay by credit card (I submit details with your order) or direct deposit (This will need to clear in my account before I place the order for you). Feel free to email me your number if you would prefer me to call you. Orders can ship directly to you, and, if you yourself place a biggg order, or you combine orders with friends, you can recieve hostess benefits as per page 7 of the idea book and catalogue.

I suspect that on Tuesday I will recieve a nice big package full of yummy yummy SU! stuff. Don’t worry, I will post pictures unpacking. Coz I will be SO excited.

I will update you soon :)

Thanks for reading xx

The Beginning of Something FUN!

Hello and Welcome to the blog all about my new adventure. Joining Stampin Up! It is all yet to be formalised but I am SO looking forward to sharing the fun with you. The more I think about it the more excited I become, and I can’t wait to share every step of the way with my wonderful friends both old and new, both those already addicted and those who will inevitably become addicted.

In my first year of uni (2006) I was lucky enough to meet some of the most wonderful women I know when I started working at a local scrapbooking store. My love affair with paper had begun years ago, but working in a store really fired it up. To see enthusiasm and love for a craft in people bought so much joy to my soul. Peoples love of preserving memories, creating something wonderful and sharing that love with friends bought a huge light into my life. Sharing knowledge and creativity, being social and just having fun is a great thing about scrapbooking and stamping. Teaching people how to make their memories glow on paper, and to make things to give to others that would make their heart glow is one of the most awesome gifts I’ve had within my life.

I left the scrapbooking store in March 2009, and became a behaviour therapist working with kids with special needs. From there I’ve progressed to being a Program Manager, with the company Aspire Early Intervention. I absolutely adore my job. But, with studying and working, there is little time to be creative and socialise. So that’s where Stampin Up! comes in, and my new adventure begins…

Psychology is where my brain wants to be. Helping kids is a huge part of where my heart wants to be, careerwise.

However,

I miss the joy of sharing my creativity, embracing the creativity of others and helping people develop their creativity when they’d like it to be given a bit of a push. Stampin Up! will help me do that.

All is yet to be formalised, but I will be posting here along my Stampin Up! adventure. Please fasten your seatbelts, note the exits to the left and right (but don’t think you’re getting out, crafting is addictive and once you’re in the doors are locked. Just note the exits for when your husband/partner/parent questions your spending habits), and sit tight. I’ll keep you all updated when I recieve my starter kit, start designing, and am ready to host parties. If you’re super keen, I hope to begin demonstrations in your home in November. You can contact me at krb87@optusnet.com.au or via this blog in the meantime.

Chat soon.

Happy Stamping :)
